Pros: Wire locking screws strong and sturdy. Breaker switches on and off very well.Cons: The plastic locking tabs which hold breaker to circuit breaker box could have been stronger holding circuit breaker in box more firmly si when you flip the breaker on and off breaker would not move. Note: for my application i had circuit breaker box sideways and breaker flipped on side to side, therfore would slide up and down in box untill I modified box inside to stop movement.
