The first one broke after 5 nails the second one after maybe 10. It might be good for very small nails.

Tool is cheap import, not intended for serious use. Claws machined from mystery metal that breaks like pot-metal under normal stress. Attempted removing #8 2-1/2 standard nails from wood; both claws broke after only several nails removed (experienced professional). Gave tool another chance and attempted using second tool provided in purchase; this time one claw broke completely off shaft long-wise. Tool will work for removing staples, but do not even think about using on any sort of nail. Purchased tool because advertised as strong and durable; two broken tools later, with only ten nails removed.
