Holds my small flashlight nice and sturdy on my "knock off" quad lock phone mount. This doesn't come with a quad lock screw, because the quad lock should already have that on it.

I picked these up as a replacement headlight on my bicycle. They worked great with a smaller torch and easily allowed me to pop it off once I got to camp. Great add on for a good price.

It does what it's supposed to.Very cheaply made, but that's kinda the point. Probably won't break, but you should still tie off your light.I use it to secure a dive light to my mask.

For the price you really can't go wrong. My dive group uses these to mount lights to our Yamaha underwater scooters.Keeps the light securely attached and it can hold a wide variety of flashlight diameters. It comes with two in the pack so I find it a good value and if one gets broke I already have a replacement. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to add a gopro screw to the kit.I already had some around but if someone doesn't have a gopro they will need to purchase screws separately to mount this product.Other than that a very effective little mount.

Overall it's great. I've heard other reviews for rubber band style mounts that they didn't work so well on mountain bikes, but it works great on my road bike. I like that it tucks the light under the computer, it's so low key that I leave the light mounted all the time. it does bounce a bit over bumps, but not to the point that it's hard to see, and the motion actually makes the light a bit more eye catching for drivers.

I use this for a helmet mounted light in addition to a handlebar mounted light for night riding. It perfectly fits a "standard" sized flashlight that uses an 18650 size battery (about 24mm in diameter). This particular flashlight has an output of around 800 lumens which is great for a head mounted light. The mount seems well built and I haven't had any issues with it yet. The elastic band which holds your flashlight to the mount has two sets of catches on each side to accommodate larger lights, although I think it would be a squeeze for larger lights unless they were oblong or out of round due to how the light nestles into the mount. As shown I'm using the tightest configuration. You could mount this type of flashlight mount to any Go Pro style of bracket. There are mounts that will attach to almost anything.I think for the price it's a great holder and was exactly what I was looking for so I could use my existing flashlights for night riding. As an aside, I think running "nicer" flashlights with 18650 batteries makes a lot of sense for night riding as spare batteries are super easy to bring and change should you need it and the light output of flashlights of this type is pretty good. This particular helmet light is not a nice light, it's a super cheapo light I bought off of gearbest for $7 but it does the job!
