I bough this because objects on my rear rack block my Vmax+ 150 light if I use the seat post mount included with the light. The two vertical mounting holes like up perfectly with the ones on my Axiom Streamliner Disc DLX rear rack. This is a much more elegant solution than what I was brainstorming before I knew this existed. East to install and seems like good quality.

Laut Beschreibung soll die Halterung 10 cm sein. Geliefert wurde 7 cm breit und Lochabstand 5 cm. Ich ging von Lochabstand 8 cm aus und mußte nun entsprechend 2 Löcher bohren um es mittig am Gebäckträger anbringen zu können.

The Niterider bracket fit my Bontrager BackRack Disc MIK pefectly and I was able to attach a NiteRider CherryBomb 100 taillight to it. The bracket had two bolts, two flat washers, two lock washers and two nuts. I am happy with it.Cons:1. NiteRider does not include this bracket with their CherryBimb 100 taillight2. The bracket is very cheaply made and very thin where the tab is that holds thel light on.3. The bracket is overpriced. I paid $11.84 for it. This is almost double the price that Cateye, Planet Bike and Portland Design Works cost. It is a cheap injection molded plastic bracket that costs pennies to produce.

My rack only had an 90-degree angle bracket on the back with a single hole on the vertical half, and that would not work with the seat tube/post mount on my NiteRider light. Also, the angle bracket was pretty wimpy at that. So, I replaced the original screw-mounted angle bracket with one that was sturdier, and then screwed this mount onto that. That setup provides a nice sturdy base onto which I can mount my light. It's been working perfectly for over a year now.

The light doesn't come with a rack mount so this is great if that's what you need. I have two bike racks, and fits on both of them. Not really sure why they call it unisex!

I got this to fit my Topeak rack which blocked the seatpost mounted alarm/light in order to have the really bright NiteRider light announce me properly. Very snug and then easy light removal makes it perfect, the included hardware made it mount very fast, easy, snug.Researched, Purchased, Recommended

This does not fit the niterider 300????? it just drops in it's not secure so will just bounce out.will be sending it back

I have an Ibera bike rack and this mount solved the problem of where to put my tail light when my rack was full of gear. I have the Blitzu Gator 390 head/tail light set. The clip on this mount was just slightly wider than my tail light clip, but it works just fine and seems to provide secure support. I did flip the mount with the clip end down for extra assurance the light won’t fall out with excessive bumps, etc. Also, because my tail light hangs down, it was hanging too close to the actual tire. Since I did not want to raise my rack, I used the center hole behind the light clip on the mount to attach it to the center opening on my rack (stock photo attached). The hardware even included a large washer to accommodate. This solved that problem as well. This mount is very versatile for all kinds of mounts.

So I bought this because I had the problem of finding a place to put backlight on while I had something on top of my rack (which would cover the backlight if I installed it under the seat).I found this little yet simple piece looking around amazon and I got to say it really does the job. Although it is made for a specific brand and model of tailights, I can say that any light that comes with the "standard" clip to put it on and take it off the mount will work with this one, the only thing to take in consideration is that it may no click into position, which is not a big deal since you can install the mount upside down and this way there will not be a chance for your light to fall, or at least it has worked for me, you can see the foto for a better reference of how I installed it. Btw the installation couldn't be easier, and for the price is a nice sollution.Totally recommended.

I have a box on my rack, I couldn't figure a decent way to put my tail light on it so I bought this. Simple, effective but at $10 it was almost half the price of the light.
