These are great for baking pan pizzas, pies, or anything that requires a round shallow shaped pan. The non-stick coating helps with release. But of the pair, one pan arrived with a coating defect. A chip to the coating exposed the steel and it arrived rusted over at that location! Thus the set only gets 3 stars, as I don't know how to repair this coating to prevent the carbon steel underneath from continued corrosion.

The trays are sturdy and perfect size for home pizza. The coating is non stick and it's easy to clean. The pan depth makes it work for thin and rising pizza.
