I wasn't sure what to expect with these connectors, but they surpassed my expectations. Heavy wiring, with flexible, but substantial insulation. Wires are pretinned for easy soldering, or crimping with a butt connector or the like. Wires are 18awg, and appear to be copper coated aluminum, but that isn't a guarantee, with the pretinned ends, it'd be hard to tell unless you clip some back. Be sure to coat the connector with some silicone to make the seal better, and make unplugging easier.

These waterproof wire connecters have excellent performance and are very easy to use. When I got it, they were already pre-assembled. I just need to get the wires connected and power on.I have recommended this product to my friends. I think I will purchase it again in the future when I need it.

These feel super secure and watertight. They're lightly tinned to make soldering easier. I wish the stripped leads were a bit longer, but it's a small complaint on these. 18 gauge seems right. Easy to connect, very difficult (as it should be) to remove. Awesome connectors.
