It’s a light duty sifter which is for small baking recipes. Your hand will get tired for larger quantity sifting.Quality and longevity appears to be OK… we’ll see!

I really needed to sieve and this one is just like the one I remember growing up with but made a little different. Works well for my needs!

Works fine for sifting, however the handle sometimes jams, and the filter is somewhat janky. It doesn't have a proper fitting for where the screen connects (it's just a hole).
