This product is just as expected! It brought me back to my younger, school days. Home economics was certainly a very good time, in my life. The flour sifter is, as expected. Easy grip and release. I can't wait, to start baking!

Love this sifter but it’s hard to clean. The handle doesn’t seem very durable but it sure works for my baking.

I thought it will be something great, but no. It takes ages till the flour passes trough. Maybe you will get the best sifted flour ever, but I don't have enough patience for it.

The sifting is good. It's highly superior to my old crank sifter....much more control, easy action. It doesn't, however, sift to the edges; so you have to shake it to get the edge flour to the middle to finish sifting. I could live with that.Cleanup is the issue. After my first use sifting flour, I shook it out well, used my faucet sprayer to spray the screens with hot water......from the top and bottom.....then washed it in hot soapy water. Flour clumped into a paste in a couple of spots in the top screen. I then resorted to the top rack of my dishwasher..didn't want to for fear of rusting, but my dishwasher is a hoss. Has never failed me in any cleanup job. It failed in this one. It didn't budge the flour paste areas, and NO, they weren't blocked by the sifting blades.So, if you want to dedicate this product to one sifting job.... flour, powdered sugar, cocoa, whatever.....then store it in a plastic bag, and NEVER attempt to clean it, you may be able to get some use out of it.EDIT: I wish I could change this to a Minus 5 star review. My $15.00 POS sifter went into the trash last night. Was making a cake. While it finished baking and cooled, I had measured out my frosting ingredients and had them sitting on the counter. Started sifting powdered sugar and about a cup of it went between the screens and glumped up.Still didn't blame the sifter. Thought the powdered sugar had perhaps picked up some moisture sitting out. Pulled out my old, OLD crank standby sifter and it did the job fine.INTO THE TRASH!
