YIKANGHENG's 2 Pack Flour Sifters were just what I was looking for to sift the bran from my freshly milled whole wheat flour.They are better made than I was expecting for the price. The mesh of each is uniform and neatly attached to a frame which is lightweight but by no means flimsy. I'm not certain what the benefit is for the different sizes, but since I can use either, two is better than one. I think if carefully cared for and stored they can last for a long time.And, most importantly, they do the job of sifting my home milled whole wheat flour. Very happy with this great value!!!

The mesh on this is nice and fine, so it is great for sifting freshly ground flour to make sure you just get the finest pieces. They are made pretty well and are easy to hold and use. I have had some trouble getting them fully clean, as some of the flour gets stuck under the bottom edge of the metal frame. Other than that, I am pleased with them.

These are well made and a fair price. I use one in the kitchen and one as a filter on a rain barrel.
