As somebody with lyme disease it is very important to me to minimize my exposure to ticks. With two long haired dogs who often have ticks and bedded in their fur I have found this product to be very helpful. It smells nice and does not irritate the dogs skin. I like the fact, both humans and dogs can use it so I typically spray my shoes and socks and my dog before we go out in the morning. It leaves a nice scent in the room and makes me feel much safer and barking on long grass walks. I highly recommend this product to anybody that wants to keep a holistic approach to the tick prevention.

I walk my dog every morning, and this time of year, there are a ton of mosquitos and ticks. I keep this spray in my car to put on every morning. I spray a generous amount on myself, but it keeps the bugs off me and has a nice, pleasant scent, and I like that I can give my dog a spritz on the back so the bugs stay off him as well. Last summer I used a spray with deet and would come home and have to change my clothes because I hated smelling like bug spray all day, but I don't mind the smell of Tickwise at all (I even like it). I will be buying a smaller-sized bottle to travel with on our upcoming trip.

This product does not kill fleas. It makes them bite harder! This make fleas agitated and active. My dog started scratching so much after staying this in her, I had to bathe her immediately. The smell unpleasant and is also very strong and lingers in your home for many hours to days. Returning. There are products at Petsmart that actually kill fleas in contact.

The spray smells very well and is effective. I used it on my dogs and the baby as well and people asked me about the nice smell. The spray doesn't work very long though. You need to use it a couple of times a day or night. I recommend pure peppermint oil (roll on) if you want it to be effective for a longer time - put it on a few spots on your body, but not everywhere.

I have not encountered a flea or a tick since using this product on my dog or my husband and I. Ticks are really becoming popular in some areas we walk where we let her off leash. I don’t use the protection I would get from the vet cause of the bad and dangerous side effects. So far I’ve felt safe with this product.

Lo compré como emergencia porque mi hija viajaba a Boston y en México es imposible conseguir para garrapatas pero me pareció un exceso el precio. Si funcionó o no la verdad no lo sé, no le picó ninguna pero tampoco puedo asegurar que haya sido el repelente

I hike in the preserves daily with my dogs. Every season I try to find an all natural alternative to DEET spray so that I can help keep myself clear of ticks, but also something I can spray on my dogs. I have tried several different brands.This one smells absolutely AMAZING.However, after three days of use, it does nothing for ticks. Each time I've used I have pulled ticks off my dogs, mainly on their legs, which is where I focused the spray. I also pulled one off me. It's almost as though this is attracting them, which I know is not the case, but it is odd. I'm hoping that when summer hits and the mosquitoes and deer flies become the nuisance, I'll have more luck there.
