Let's start with the good. Soft material, good fit if you wear high socks. I'm 6ft and if I pull these up to hold tight on my thighs then there's a bunch of shin and ankle showing so good thing I like high socks or they wouldn't look like they fit on me.Now the bad part is that it's very thin material. I wouldn't train too hard with these. They're good sun protection but the material is so thin, a tug on something and it'll fray and tear if you decide to use them at work attire or hard training.

These are great to use for kayaks and such however you do need to consistently adjust them. Make sure you get the correct size. They do seem to run larger than is advertised. Other than that they are great

If you have long legs these are not for you. They do not stretch length wise. They are super sheer and I don't see how they could protect from any sun.
