I needed 4 and ordered 2 packs and got 6, used 4 of them last night, and they work perfect to hold about a 100 pounds. I used 4 because I needed the weight evenly distributed, but I'm pretty sure a single one would easily hold a 100 pounds if attached correctly.Can't beat 'em!
