I wanted to DELICATELY hold small-gauge wire (28 ga. silicone-insulated) and components to solder. These will crush them flat. Will return.

The finish is a bit rough, but the value for money is excellent.I'll have to clean up the finish with some emery cloth and then wax them or something to keep them from rusting.I intend to heat and forge the ends to grasp sewing machine needles, then clean up and anneal the tips. I expect to botch one or two of them in the process. I'll learn with these and perhaps buy a nice stainless pair once I've perfected my modifications.
