I originally reviewed this product with 2 stars because 1 of 3 movements was dead on arrival. To my surprise the seller contacted me immediately and requested my shipping address which I provided. Within several days I received a complete replacement set, no further questions asked!In my experience, any product can arrive less than 100% perfect. What's increasingly more important to me is how well the seller backs their product with excellent service...which this supplier did. 5-stars now for that!

I had to use the new hands with the clocks as the old hands would not fit. Not an issue

It would be very easy to include in the dimensions of the product, the diameter of the main shaft to install the mechanism. This diameter is 7 mm but nowhere in the specifications is this important detail mentioned.

Die Zeiger sind seeehr dünn, allerdings bekommt man diese ganz gut auf die Welle gesteckt. Der Sekundenzeiger lauft schön gleichmäßig und flüssig, ohne anzuhalten. Daher auch keine tickende Geräusche!

The movement was easy to install on my clock and fit fine. The hands had a decent variety of styles/colors. The only small issue I had was the hands took more force to install than I was expecting. I was slightly worried that I would damage the unit but they eventually secured with no damage. I guess it's better to be a little tight than too loose. The time seems accurate so far after nearly 3 weeks of use. Overall I am very pleased.

Good thing it was a 3-pack. I installed one, put fresh batteries in, set the time, came back 3 hrs later to find it no longer working. Picked up, it started running again... unreliable.Replaced the 1st one, with the second - so far it has been working for two days. Fingers crossed. Haven't tested the 3rd one yet. Good thing I only needed one.

The shafts were a little short but I was able to install in clocks. Hands work fine and time is correct.

These worked well to replace the mechanisms in older clocks. They were easy to install and are quieter than the originsl pieces.

We bought a beautiful mantle clock a year ago, it never kept good time. My husband installed this new time mechanism and now it keeps perfect time. The new set of hands also gave our clock an upgrade look to the face.
