Replacement unit was easy to install, use included washer and nut to attach, push your clock hands on, add battery and voila!

Well the first one I got not good at all. So I started a return and had not even sent my return off to get my refund. And my new one was here in few days. So this one worked like a champ and still clicking. I appreciate the customer service and for their quick response. Thank you. 😊

worked like a charm and was quiet......BUT, the clock was made by Seiko and the original worked for......32 YEARS !! This replacement worked for 9 MONTHS. Junk.

Clock is working and keeping time accurate. I wasn't able to attach to the shaft. But I snapped it into place and it is holding. The second hand wouldn't stay on so I took pliers and pinched it together.

Spindle of the clock was poking out of the package. Should have been protected better. Clock movement seems to be working. Packaging is the reason for the poor review.
