The 30 inch 5 burner we purchased new from Amazon 2 years ago worked greatTill one of the grates bent up holding the pot unlevelI called gasland for support and they told me to try to bend it straightWell it broke off in my handI called them back to order a replacement and they don't have any replacement parts...I was told they no longer make that styleBut it's still for sale here and other locationsSo buyer bewareNow I have to replace the entire stoveI'm out $ 600I should have done more researchThe cheapest option often fails

Installation and propane conversion went very well. So far we like it, but have only used it once. Looks great. Seems a little hot for some of the cooking we do, I'll need to keep testing it. Using the smallest burner on the lowest setting still cooked really fast. I'm thinking about testing my gas pressure just in case it's high.

The factory only sent two brackets to fasten it to the counter top. It should have been 4. Other than that it works very well. We are well satisfied in the quality.

The price is half or better than comparable cooktops. Easy to install and well made. The shipping was fast and the videos helped with my decision. It works well but you need to get used to the igniting system, but once you do, it's okay. The only part that is a little hard to clean is the castiron pieces. This is a great unit and the price is fantastic. Highly recommend.
