I LOVE using these as bag clips for various pantry items, but they are also strong enough to be used in random instances, where you need to hold something together (like an ice pack or curtains) Very versatile to use because of the strength of the clips!

I have been working on a DIY project and have needed to seal the edges of the wallpaper I used. It takes a lot of clips so I decided to get this set to supplement the ones I already have.The clips look good, and all of them function as expected. The spring has a good strength to it. I needed to clip shelf boards that are 1/2” wide and that looked to be near the upper limit for them. I used all 30 overnight and while most of them stayed put, there were two on the floor the next morning and I noticed a couple others that had come loose but had hung onto the paper I was using to protect the textured wallpaper on my DIY. I don’t think I can really blame the clips for that though, since the width of the boards was just about as wide as the clips would open. Also, the majority stayed put so they did the job I’d hoped they would.I will note that the red coverings on the tips started to show wear on a few clips as I have continued using them to seal the edges of that textured wallpaper. It seems likely that continued use will cause them to fall off eventually. Some are starting to loosen a little, and I found one where the covering got a little cut. I assume the latter occurred mainly because I was using them to their full capacity as I mentioned before.Though I ran into a couple issues, I’m sure it’s due to the way I am using them for my specific project. Even if the tips show signs of wear I think the metal clips themselves will continue to be useful, and I love that there are 30 in the set. It should give me plenty of options for my future creative endeavors. Once my kid inevitably starts using them in her own projects I’ll also have half a chance that there will be enough left over for my own projects. I’d recommend them to others.

I've had other clamps like these that fail at the pivot points or have weak springs but these are of higher quality and manufactured to a higher standard...pivot pins are peened over securely and stay in place and the springs have greater holding power and the rubber tips seem to stay in place better.
