installation
step1
Measure the garage door height and find right cable length and drum for the project. make sure the height is 7 feet
step2
Attach to top of garage door cable drum - Slide cable with crimp end to the notch of the cable drum.
step3
Attach to top of garage door cable drum - Slide cable with crimp end to the notch of the cable drum.
step4
Attach to the Bottom Lifting Brackets - hook cable's loop-designed end onto the small knob of bottom fixture.

I had my overhead door fixed by a service a few years back. They charged a lot for cables that rusted and broke recently. I bought these. The loops are a bit tight but I got them on and they work well. I'm happy that they make them out of stainless steel so they should last a long time.
