I really like the sturdiness and simplicity. They install with a single screw that is hidden under the pipe, so it makes a very attractive install. They grip 1/2-inch PEX pipe very firmly (good thing), but as a PEX hot water pipe expands, you will hear a creaking noise as it forcefully slides through the clip a fraction of an inch (not a good thing). The fully-surrounding type of clip can be attached loosely so the PEX stays quiet, but I still prefer the looks and ease of installation these clips provide. I installed over a hundred of them in my house plumbing and returned the other type to the plumbing supply company.

Easy to use, holds the pipe. Sheetrock or grabber screw seems to countersink the best.

These only fit 1/2” pex , 1/2” od air hose is loose fit .

I do remodel/repair work and have been using PEx for about 20 years. These clips are great! They hold very well, but not so tight that they can't be easily removed. Easier to deal with than plumbers tape and I feel they give a little extra protection, from an errant nail or screw, glancing by 2x framing. You can add 1x4 blocks between studs and joists, and mount the pipe in beautiful straight lines. Easy peasy. Get some!
