Absolutely thrilled with this fireplace. Looks incredibly real when you set the color to look real or blue or purple etc. It was fun setting logs and crystals to look as perfect as possible. One log was broken on arrival but still used it buy propping it up against each other, would never know its not supposed to be like that. All functions work well. One funny thing is that my cable remote sometimes turns on my fireplace. Thought I had a ghost until it happened again. Lol.

I got this on sale, but even at full price it's worth it. Very clean lines, throws a lot of heat, color changing flame and rocks is also fun.

This fireplace looks good and was easy to install. but after 2 weeks it shuts down when running on hi heat, it only works on low. I installed as per recommendation , after a few minutes i can start again. Not impressed

I was afraid to order, because I was afraid it would not fit. we did have to cut 1/8 inch off, but it slides in perfect. It is beautiful and warmer than the original. We absolutely love it. It was a heavy package; I could not get it off the front porch myself. I feared of breaking the glass. But Amazon did a great job of delivering it, I had two of my children get it off the porch.

Not very happy...one cannot even trust the reviews on Amazon.🔴negatives:the black metal frame of the fireplace is too big compared to the actual screen 🙄even without running the heater, there is a mechanical noise coming out of that fireplace...and that's a first day running 🫣there is NO control for the speed of the flames...only constant speed /one speedavailable....$400 for this small fireplace and they do not even include this feature?! 😬only one or maximum 2 reasonably realistic color settings...😒the crystals are too big for such small fireplace bed....smaller glass pieces would look much more proportional...🙄not possible to install without at least 3/8inch gap at the top..as the design of the front glass is not the best and you have to lift the front glass up before you can remove it....many of the better fireplaces have the screws mounted from bellow so you do not have to be lifting the heavy glass upwards before it can be removed🤪 bad design✅️ positiveshard to find one... it is working..even though the constant mechanical noise coming out of it with just having the LEDs on....( not talking about the heater at all)...that noise is annoying already..and I have it on for an hour only....Wife is happy , but then her hearing is not the best....I cannot find anything exciting about this unit..just possibly the fact that I have seen worse looking units around..but also much better units...the worst issue with this unit is the constant mechanical noise..and no flame speed function..quite dissapointing and because of it I would NOT recommend and would NOT buy this unit again!!!!Buyers be aware...

We were decorating the house and built a wall to contain this fireplace and the day we put it in it’s broken. It’s just an expensive fire show, it doesn’t make any heat. Part of the LED light strip is burnt out too. Now the returning window is closed and it’s hard to dig it out of the wall too. Don’t waste your money
