Hello, I found these parts as an alternative to the OEM parts that were several hundred dollars (vehicle is 2009 so I am not putting a lot of money into this).BE AWARE: These fit fairly well but not precisely. For the left and right pieces, you'll need to make the screw holes slightly larger since the hole alignment is about 1/16" - 1/8" off . i.e. you put the screw in the first hole, no problem, but on the fourth one only half of the hole can be seen. Not a big deal, use a slotted screw driver to make the hole slightly larger or a drill - takes two mins. Also, the ends toward the center of the windshield have a hole to accept a male plastic fitting from the center piece, this will also need to be opened and enlarged slightly.The center piece holes line up but the front to rear curve is a sharper radius than the left and right side pieces that is is supposed to marry to, a few mins with a heat gun will solve this, simply warm the edge and pull it to be a bit more open.It seems that the same parts made by Powerworks might be an out of the box perfect fit from the reviews I have read but these work well enough after some persuasion (+15 mins work). If I had read this review I might have gone with the Powerworks manufactured items, but hey, it is possible that all of these companies use the same moulds - for under a hundred bucks on a 15 year old car, I am satisfied enough.

Needed to replace engine partition on BMW X5 E70. The 4 (per side) frame mounting hardware holes aligned well. The upper partition where the three pieces connect together did not align well. That being said, the most important thing is that these pieces are very secure and the assembly is 99.9% functional again.

These engine partitions look just like the original BMW ones but feel a lot stronger. They're made of automobile grade plastic. They have all the same stampings and lettering. The original ones on my car were crumbling after over 10 years, so I got this set to replace them. Everything is great so far. These should last at least another 10 years.

I liked that the product had a foam seal; it would have saved a step over the other non-oem options. The product seemed well packaged, yet it still arrived cracked at what would the the top of one of the outside pieces. I gave two stars instead of one because the molding looked accurate. While the original partition failed, it was after a lot of hours exposed to a high-temp V8 engine. Damage without first being exposed to severe conditions makes me question the longevity of the product. I should have been more skeptical of a product with only four reviews.
