1) GREAT customer service! My order was somehow lost in the delivery process. Once I contacted the seller, the issue was immediately taken care of!2) The caster wheels were exactly what I needed! I bought these for an old iris cart that had lost its wheels. They were kind of pricey. They BARELY fit but it did get them in with great force. It works but it really wasn’t worth it.

The caster stem fit securely into the holes at the bottom of my 5 drawer sterlite organizer. Which allows the unit to roll to desired location.

These four wheels are great for STERILITE carts! I was a little skeptical when I first saw them because of their size but they fit perfectly and work with my STERILITE 5 drawer wide cart! I’m now able to move the small plastic storage dresser to any place in the room.
