Needed this for ceiling fan replacement. Perfect to add extra space between ceiling and electrical box. There’s actually a front (slimmer to insert the screw/bolt) and back, so my #8 screws fit great! Slight touching the screw but provides a good hold!

An led ceiling light that I purchased wouldn't seat correctly on the junction box. I used this spacer to add a little more room. Instead of undoing all the wiring, I just cut one side of the spacer and fit it over the wiring. The spacer gave just the right amount of extra space and allowed me to snap the fixture into place. Perfect.

Gave me the extra clearance I needed to be able to mount my ceiling far. There were some kind of drop tiles in the ceiling that effectively recessed my mount about a 1/2" too far in. So adding this allowed for my 60" ceiling fan to be able to clear everything as needed.

I needed a spacer to add some room between a circular outlet and the mess of wires in a garage ceiling gang box, and this worked perfectly. It's made of plastic but felt sturdy and was easy to install along with an outlet. I couldn't easily find something like this anywhere else, very happy to have found it on Amazon and used these to complete my garage ceiling light-to-outlet project.

I used this to mount a ceiling fan. The ceiling is plaster with tile panels under it. This spacer provided a perfect fit after installing the new ceiling fan box on the joist.

I put up cedar on my ceiling on patio.this increased the thickness by 1/2 inch.These spacers worked great for a secure anchor to metal ceiling boxes.they fit perfectly and are great quality! Would by again!glad to have found them.
