This product worked great for about six months then it started to fall apart the lid is very poorly made it started cracking and thing started falling off. The material is the lid was made out of is junk. I have seen much cheaper units made out way better material. After that the electrical shorted out so I took the extra parts out and rewired it. I would not recommend doing this because it may start on fire. Not worth the money.

It will make steam but ours was cold. Could great the sauna temp up even after an hour. Used two units at the same time. Still couldn’t get the sauna temp above 80.

The top has a handle that locks by twisting into place. The remote controls the temperature well. It is a good size to tuck in a pocket. The machine can tuck into an area that does not take up much space.The heat element takes about 15 minutes to all the way steam. The steam was fairly warm. This is after two uses and it's consistent. I filled the water high, not to the rim so it would have room to boil.The herbal pot holds tea bags. Full leaves would fit in the herbal pot as well. The aroma goes through the steam and fills the sauna room.

THE LID WAS CRACKED , SO NEVER GOT HOT ENOUGH.. NEED TO RETURN.. SURE IT WOULD WORK GREAT IF IT WASN'T CRACKED ..

This is my second sauna heater. Although this one looks identical to the one I had (only white) it does not get anywhere near as hot as the original. Even with hot water in it and the hoses shortened it takes a very long time to heat up and even longer for me to get my sweat on. Easy to use unit just be patient if you’re looking for a quick lunchtime sweat.

Unfortunately this product only worked for three days for me I already spent $60 on this product i want either my Money back Or please re- send me a another NEW product that actually really works! I feel like i wasted my money please re-send me another one that works. Is there any way you can help me
