Higher voltage and smaller like Geckos size would be better , but low cost and work great!

Nice light unit that works as advertised for smallish motors. Worked fine for a 3.5A motor and is adjustable over a wide range of divider ratios and current limiting.

Built in filter capacitors and current regulation and microstepping! Awesome! They work very well and don't burn out when I stress the stepper motors over and over with abuse current curves like abrupt stops and such. These are not the expensive top shelf name-brand kind, but they work great. Virtually no reduction in quality that I can see considering they are a third-party alternative to the top shelf expensive ones of the same size and greater weight.

They work great and are too easy to set up. You can't go wrong with the value vs cost.

They arrived quickly and in good condition, however they are a bit lacking in instructions. I highly recommend finding a complete guide for building a cnc machine or 3d printer and using the parts they list as configuring these and the Arduino has been quite an ordeal. I'm going to test them with an NVUM v2 controller soon and I will try to update this after as to if they worked or not, but I believe they will. Not the absolute cheapest and all of these tb6600s on Amazon look pretty similar, but I'm happy with them. They have been more than capable of driving Nema23 175oz 2.8A motors.

These stepper drivers work as expected. I'm driving them from my controller and they work fine. The housing is thin gauge metal, so it may be bent a bit, but it doesn't effect the product. There is a large heatsink on the back. I put all 4 in a case with a single fan.I'm using a 15amp 24v power supply to power all 4 and have 2 for the y-axis and one for the x and z. The x and y axis drivers are setup for 3amps and the z for 2amps. Be sure your power supply has the capacity for all the motors to be driven at the same time. Also set the current output based on your stepper motor spec sheet. Higher currents produce more heat in the stepper motors, but give much better results. One last note I haven't opened one yet, but will before I start using them on the cnc machines I plan to sell. Also not all stepper motors are the same. Even ones with the same size and current rating can give different results. I'll update this review when I finally open one.
