These are definitely comfortable. I’ve got some biker boots with a HARD heel, so these make those boots actually wearable.My only complaint is that when putting your boots on the sticky part on top of these pads can stick to your sock. Using a shoe/boot horn or guiding your foot in with your fingers helps slide your foot right in without it sticking to your sock.

Worked good for a few days then came unstuck some how and stuck on the bottom of the shock and stuck there better then on the boot

These things suck. I’ve gone through 4 out of 8 trying to place them on the inside of my 6 inch boots. They are so thin and flimsy that the second you peel of the liner, they bunch up and stick to your fingers making it impossible to slide them a few inches down the boot to the back of the heel.

Get em in the rite spot first time. They stay put in my work boots and stop my heal from rubbing. Tried one other brand that didn’t last.
