These are mighty expensive for a single use product and if they aren’t a single use product, then they are terrible. Lasted a few hours and the heel cup filling is completely flat. Pain relief lasted maybe 2 1/2 hours.

I walk frequently on hard surfaces and lately one heel has been hurting. After using standard insoles and other like products, I discovered the Plantar Fasciitis Gel Heel Protectors, Heel Cup Support for Plantar Fasciitis, Anti Slip Heel Cushion, Foot Fatigue Relief, Heel Pain, Heel Pads for Men & Women. After one day of use, my heel felt almost pain-free. With continued use, the pain has subsided and feet do not feel fatigued. One thing to note is this is challenging to wear with enclosed footwear unless your footwear has room to accommodate the heel cup. I generally wear acupressure slides so this is not a concern.

This is the 2nd time I purchased this heel protectors. I have pain and skin hardening on the bottom of my left heel. My podiatrist recommended this. I use lotion first on my heel and use socks then I use this protector over the socks. I sleep with this on. I tried using it in shoes but for me it’s too snug fitting in the shoes.

It looks as described. However, after a two days using for a few hours, the gel softened and it's not as helpful as a brand new.
