Size can be adjusted but too tight It really hurt my finger when I use in the water. Too loose it will move around my waist. Can’t find a proper tightness. Not recommend. Bothering. Had to buy another one this year.

The weights are great, they are sealed in Nylon and don't move around on the belt. The buckle however sliced my hands up pretty good. It should have been de-burred at the factory, but clearly wasn't.

Metal belt clip has razor sharp edges everywhere. I cut both fingers with deep gashes just putting belt on. BUYER BEWARE. Belt is unsafe, dangerous cutting risk. No belt clip so belt just. hangs. Weights were fine but belt belongs in garbage. This product should be removed from Amazon
