This burly stainless steel D-ring was able to be attached to a standard elastic rubber scuba weight belt. Once the belt was threaded through the perforations it was clearly not going to inadvertently slide. It is able to hold heavy items without bending or deformation. The snug fit coupled with high friction from the belt itself make removal a little difficult but certainly possible. This accessory should easily fit standard nylon webbing belts also.One of its best features is the integrated D-Ring. It juts out the ideal angle for one-handed gear racking -- without fumbling. I would order it again.
