Despite looking like they are solid fabric, these are pretty sheer to the point of being see-through. And much longer than the stated dimensions.

I've been using these skull caps for a while now, mainly as liners under my hats and duty helmets, and they do a pretty good job. They’re lightweight and breathable. The material is soft and feels comfortable on my head without being too tight or leaving pressure marks. I’ve also used them as sleep caps on cooler nights, and they work well for that too. They stay in place and keep sweat from running down my face, especially when I’m on the move. The fit is quite snug, which works well for wearing them under helmets and hats. I have a larger head, and these stretch enough to fit comfortably without feeling like they're going to pop off. They don’t add much bulk, so my helmet or hat still fits the way it should The fabric wicks away moisture well, and they dry pretty quickly when I sweat. Now, the reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is the stitching. It's held up fine so far, but I do notice some loose threads here and there. It hasn’t impacted performance yet, but it’s something I’ll keep an eye on over time. Also, after several washes, the color seems to fade a bit, which doesn’t affect how they work but is worth mentioning if you care about the look.

These are some cool skull caps... I got the camo set and they are bright and fit well. One size fits all because of the material, polyester.Doesn't hold heat, so their not a winter kind of wear, but very cool nonetheless. They go with whatever urban outfit you want, and given the colors, not hard to match it up...Priced at $9.98 for a set of 4, and in various colors and designs, can't be beat!

I ordered the camo colored capes because they go with all my different activities and helmets that I wear.4 different colors so they should go with just about any outfit.I have a pretty big head and I have to say they fit pretty well. Bouncing around with just the cap on my head it did slip but under my bicycle helmet it fit just fine. It did help dissipate sweat from getting in my eyes. The moisture wicking material absorbs sweat to keep you dry and cool. It also drys quickly.Washing is a breeze. You can just rinse them with plain water or put in your washer. I recommend to air dry them.I wore it one night when camping and it was in the low 50's. Not having much hair these caps helped keep my head toasty. They will definitely keep my head warm when wearing one under my ski helmet. Also great to wear in bright sun to prevent sunburn and possibly melanoma. At $2.50 each you can't go wrong. A great gift to the outdoor person in your life.

This set includes 4 skull caps which I tested by running in today. I found that the cap absorbed sweat from my hair and also keeps bugs out. I run in a ponytail sometimes so it would be nice to have a hole for that, and these don’t have that. However it is light and fits close to my head which is good. It dries extremely quickly as well. It allows me to wear my headlamp and kept it from rubbing on my forehead while also somewhat removing sweat from my hair on my 4 mile run in 85 degree humid Texas heat. For the fact that you get four, it’s a good deal!

I'm 5'5" with—and I don't mean to brag here, but—a typical sized head? Like, among my siblings and close friends and other people with whom I've shared hats or borrowed pullover sweatshirts or spelunked tight spaces, my head seems to be among the middle-sized of the heads. These skull caps are way too big for me.The pictures show the skull caps on a mannequin whose head is a bit smaller than mine but still human-sized, and I hope they convey the point. "The point" being that these caps make a lovely base for a Daredevil mask (falling all the way below Matt Murdoch's nose) or improvised beret but not so much a helmet liner. Unless you have a large head (for your big brain, of course!).The material is smooth and seems breathable enough. The stitching and colors are fine. But the size is the problem, friends.

Nice caps, good value. Not a perfect fit, but good.
