100% cotton!! Such a great watercolor sketchbook!! I was able to get it on an amazon sale and it was a fantastic value and it comes with a lot more pages than most!I wish it came in more colors because green isn't my thing ;) but I was able to paint and cover it to my liking.

I purchased this item a few weeks ago, so it took me a little while to test it out. I love this for travel, and it completes my watercolor travel kit. The paper is a good quality to paint on, and the book is small enough to travel with but large enough to paint a good study. Some travel watercolor travel blocks are far too small - but this one is just right.

This small format sketchbook is chock full of thick, textured 100% cotton cold press. I am loving it. 40 sheets is a lot of paper. Great value🤓

I haven't done very many watercolor paintings on it yet but it seems good for that. Does seem to dry quickly but it is currently winter here so maybe that and the dry heat has more to do with it than the quality of the paper. It does dry very fast though. I'll try wetting both sides next time. It is on a non-porous surface when I paint.The binding of pad feels good and the sturdiness of the paper seems good and I beat it up sometimes pretty good trying to make corrections.I've had issues with masking and scotch tape ripping the paper when removing it despite first sticking tape to my clothing to decrease stickiness. I will use painter's tape next time if I can find it in a narrow size. Until then I'll have to be super super careful removing tape.And I don't think it's 100% cotton so I will try different paper when this pad is gone.
