Nema 14-50 Plug and Hardwire
The Level 2 EV Charger 40A, NEMA14-50 plugs, could charge your car 6x faster than other EV chargers. You can also remove the NEMA14-50 adapter and use it as a hardwire charger. The 20ft cable leaves enough space between your car and the charging station.

Installed product, LCD screen and button wouldn’t work. Emailed company asking for assistance, still no answer to this day. Retraced wiring back to breaker box, all pass. Removed wall outlet and verified all wiring correct. Paid professional electrician to verify wiring. Finally took charger apart, found connector for LCD and button not connected to main PCB. Connected and reassembled, works now. Ridiculous.

I purchased this in May 2022 when I purchased my EV. My EV had a free two year charging at Electrify America which I took advantage and seldom used this at home. Now the free two year charging is over and started using this. It stopped charging middle of the night and seldom finished charging. After one month of this working/not working, it is now not communicating with the vehicle stating "waiting for response from car". I am reading other negative reviewers and see that they have the same problem. Money wasted for few charge, IMO.Hope seller sees this and can reach out for a resolution. Any of you out there that have fixed the issue?

This is a very simple charger. Press one button, plug to the car, that's it. Can't be better than that. And all the info you need is displayed on the charger. No need to use your phone like everything else these days. It charges very well to the maximum of the power rated for. Very happy with it.

Got this off Amazon as it was well priced over other Chinese sites.First thing I did was remove the US Power plug and Charge Cable and replaced the Charge Cable with a Type-2 that came with the car (Peugeot 208e GT) - Amazon don't sell these for outside-of-USA cables (Type-2 required for rest of the world).Installed this self and, although not an electrician, I am a clever chap. Had to swap out the main garage 32a circuit breaker for a 40a and add a dedicated circuit breaker for the charger.I had some concerns over this being completely water-proof so ended up using silicone to seal the main cover before mounting it outside (there is no rubber seal).Overall, pretty happy with the charge-rate and it performs as advertised and made a difference from 20-hours to charge (with car-supplied domestic charger) down to 2.5-hours (both roughly 150KM to 350KM full charge).Definitely recommend this product.

Packaging and instructions were excellent. Installation was a snap, and the charger recognized my vehicle's on-board charger immediately and began charging at the fastest capable rate without any changes or updates.Shopping for a new charger for my Porsche Plug-In E-Hybrid had been difficult. Most of the on-line product documentation does not explain the products and features well. This product documentation was one of the best available.Please verify your vehicle's on-board charger to make sure you can use the enhanced capability of this 40A charger. I got the faster on-board charger option when I ordered my car. 7.2 kW on-board charger will draw ~32A @240v.The included charger cable is 20' long. It would be better if there was a 25' option. The 20' will work as long as you mount the charger off-center for your vehicle on the side where the charger plugs in. Alternatively, you can pull you vehicle into the garage so that the car's charger port is closer to the charger.

The Lefanev EV charging station is particularly easy to install since it comes with a metal wall bracket. Attach the bracket to the wall, put the charger on the bracket, plug it in and its done. Plug the charger plug into your car, push the one button on the charger and it does its job. The display shows the charge in progress, how many kwh have been used and how long it has been charging which is plenty of information. Since the car can handle the timing of the charging if that is necessary, the charger doesn't have any of those features so you don't have to pay for features you will never use. The unit itself is in a neat, slim package that doesn't take up much space on the wall. I can definitely recommend this product.
