Parfait pour mon chauffe-eau. Beaucoup moins cher que l’original. Je l’ai depuis 2 ans et c’est parfait

installed easy. make sure to remove the film that protects the sticky pad before plugging it in. Fired right up after I flipped the breaker and all controls worked as expected. Honestly for the price if I get one year out of it I will be happy. My heater has a cover to protect it from the sun which should be used to protect it from the elements.

We have a Sta-Rite Max E Therm 400na pool heater that is by manufacturer date 12 years old. So at the end of it's time. I have ordered other parts recently on Amazon to keep it going, i.e. a new high limit switch, auto gas shutoff switch, a thermistor and a stack flu sensor. Changed all those myself, the heater would run, fire and shut off when the temp was reached, all normally functions. But, the thing would not turn off when the power off button was pressed, so I had to turn it off at the breaker. Once back on it would cycle through the boot sequence AO and SF then reboot, until I pressed either Pool on or Spa on. After much research I sumised it was the keypad membrane, not the control unit (which looked pristine like the previous homeowner replaced it) . Rather than spend $140 from pool supply sites I chose a cheap trial, this. As soon as I put it in and started heater, everything worked, no continuous boot sequence and it shut off when I pressed power. So if you're having similar problems with your Max E Therm, this may be your solution and at a fraction of the cost elsewhere! Also an FYI, the 6pin connector does not have a squeeze lock like the OEM, but it went on secure, so don't be worried about the fact it isn't exactly like the OEM.

The clear, outer layer that protects the touch pad and keeps the elements off the electronics is peeled away and disintegrating. What a waste of money! Find the other brand that has the 2 year warranty and get that.

This switch matrix exactly matched the original. Installation is a little tricky in terms of managing the adhesive back but it just needs to be done carefully and accurately. The panel works perfectly and resolved all the weather related wear issues of the original.
