worked for a discontinued part on my router is a Porter Cable #7529 so now can use my 1/4" bits

This collet is almost impossible to get tight enough to prevent the bit from slipping. The actual collet does not match the photo online. I ruined an expensive piece of walnut because the bit did not hold. I actually bent one of the wrenches trying to tighten and then remove the collet.
