We love our scooter and use it a lot. We bought it second hand so it didn’t have a charger. We went through 2 different chargers before we got this one. It charges quick only issue I have noticed which isn’t a problem but it makes a weird noise when it’s plugged in to the wall and not the scooter. So I unplug it when it’s not connected.

Purchased in June 2024 now its September 2024 and makes a siren sound and I cant get my Okai scooter to do anything as it needs power to start. Its outside the return window so I will be shopping for a better one. Any Suggestions?

I bought the product to charge my scooter thinking it was due to a lack of battery but in fact the scooter was broken, I tested it on another one and it worked really well.

I ordered four other chargers of which claim to be the correct charger that I needed to charge my scooter. Unfortunately on arrival, none of these chargers had the correct tip to plug into my second external battery that I have on my scooter. So I finally went and decided to not try and save any money and buy the OEM version and what do you know it works like a charm. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Although it was an exercise in frustration, I'm happy I finally have the ability to charge my device so I can scoot my tail off.
