To Install A New Battery:
1. Please turn off your laptop and disconnect the power.
2. If your laptop's battery cover has screws attached to it, you'll need the help of screwdrivers. Remove the old battery, carefully install the new battery on the battery case, and connect the wiring of the new battery.
3. If you don't understand the above steps, you can search for the video about laptop battery installation on YouTube.
For Laptop Maintenance:
1. Fully Activation: First use the new battery, you’d better try a few cycles of discharging to 5%. Then charging up to 95%. So that it can be activated completely.
2. Overuse to 0% is Not Recommended: Frequently Running out of a battery to 0% would make it damaged or usage life shortened.
3. When charging, first install the battery, then turn on the power. When fully charged, first cut off the power, then pull the power plug.
4. Please store the unused battery fully charged.(Charge it once a month) Low battery storage will lead to a shorter battery life.

The battery only lasts about 2 hours before needing a charge. Disappointing.Updated 5.11.23:I received a message from the company to make things right. They were willing to resolve my battery issue despite being informed that I no longer had the laptop. The resolution was swift and I wanted to commend the company for standing behind their product and putting the customer's needs first. Based on this experience, I am going to assume that my battery may have been defective. Nevertheless, the company made it right and I am grateful.

After about 3 years, my battery started to fail from fully charged to about 2 minutes to about 20 seconds. I bought this battery, installed it in less than half hour, with the included screwdrivers (I had googled a video so I did not check the instructions), then left it off to fully charge it. It's not the 6 hours the original battery brought, but I will take 3.5hrs over 2 minutes any day. It also said 3.5hrs if I set it at 25% power and not fully battery saver power. Would recommend for sure.Update, I left it unplugged while I boarded a flight. On battery save, it says it can get up to 7 hours, then drops to about 5 and keeps varying. We'll see!

The picture of this item shows that it is a UL listed electronic part. This is not true since it does not have a UL listed label. Additionally, the part is shown to be assembled in China from cells made in Korea. This is also not true, as the battery is completely made in China. The battery is no different than other non-UL listed batteries sold on Amazon for a lower price. Most other sellers are honest with their display of this battery; this company has an inaccurate display. Note that a UL listed part is often higher quality because it must be made to US safety standards and quality materials.

I was initially nervous about buying this battery but after reading the reviews, I decided to go for it. I have a Dell Inspiron 5567 and this battery fit perfectly. I have zero technical knowledge so my boyfriend (who has some experience tinkering with electronics) helped me put this battery in. The video the seller has listed at the bottom of the ad helped us immensely. The battery also came with the tools we needed. I charged it up all the way and so far so good. In fact, I think I have a better battery life than I ever did on the original Dell. I can't attest to how long this battery will last as I've only been using it for a few weeks but I'm incredibly pleased. Thank you so much!
