We had to adjust the tubing a bit to get it to run but it looks very nice and works well.

Im very disappointed with the quality of the connections of the three tubes that send water to each level. I had to use ‘zip ties’ to keep the tubes connected. Too much money for this fountain to have ANY problems.PS: Adjusting the pumps water flow did not solve the problem.Update/ I must have had the reject that was repackaged! All hose connection broke. Had to constantly reattach. Finally broke down and used a clamp for every connection. Other fountains from this company must be better considering the pics and 5 star reviews. I’d stay away from the style I purchased! I do NOT recommend this product. Extemely sorry I spent this amount of money on such a poor product!

I love this fountain. Makes a good sound that is not a light drip. You can hear it. Also I love that during the day I can run just the fountain and at night I can add the lights. They are on separate plugs and I really love this feature.

The fountain looks good and was able able to install fast. I did run into an issue, with the sound of the water. I contact the seller and hi made it right. The seller insured me that because they are hand made there, there could have been an issue. Not only did they reply right away, they were able to make it right. I took it to a person to look at it, patched up the problem. Overall impressed with the customer service and care. Which is why I did 5 stars.

actually returned the unit because the hose's from the pump to fountain kept coming off. didn't feel like reaching in the back to reconnect every time.
