Arrived in time, well wrapped in a box. The brackets fit the holes of an Ikea closet, but the rod is too long. I was aware of it when I bought it. It is sturdy and looks nice.Make sure you have the closet already setup before you buy the rods. I bought both at the same time, but my closet was back order. Of course, we ended with something else, these rods are not a fit, and the return window is closed.Cons:These rods are missing the screws for the brackets. The brackets only cover half of the rod. Be careful when you cut the rod, because the flaws can show. Thanks

Solid rod for a coat closet. I hooked it up to the wall directly and it worked just fine. Had to make minor adjustments to accommodate the ends and ensure the screws are long enough to handle all the heavy coats. Would buy again any day

Used this as a bar to hold wash while it's drying in our newly remodeled laundry room ! It's study and such a nice clean look! Have used these when we redid our walk in closet too.

Converted one side of a 48" retail gondola display to hold t-shirts. This rod was the perfect fit (48" overall, incl. brackets). I was concerned about bowing, but the rod is holding straight with 100 lightweight adult tshirts on cheap wire hangers. Easy to install and a great value for the money.

Easy to install and holds up well. The chrome plating seems heavy and complete. I cut it to size which was easier to do than round steel tubes I have installed before. The end caps appear to be plastic, but they were solid enough.Easy to install the caps and set the bar in place.

I have repurchased these several times fur both my home and a rental property. No sag and hangers glide over them.Sturdy and easy to install. You need to be prepared to trim these to the size you need. I use a grinder with a cutting wheel.

My old rod fell off. It was being held up by plastic discs; one of which cracked. The weight of all the clothes fell onto the rod below which also fell off. Years ago I paid a professional closet company to put organizers in 2 other closets in my home. These rods are just like the ones they used. They're great. I am not overly handy. I watched a Youtube video on how to use a drill. I also cut the rods with a hacksaw. Don’t be intimidated to do it yourself even if you’ve never done something like this before.

This replaced a heavily loaded clothes rack in my trailer that I travel full time in. The metal is heavy duty and the design is all the smarts of engineering for strength and light weight. I loaded it and have not had an issue since. No plastic to get brittle or screw to crack the material anymore. Hint: use a backer block to screw into for thin wall materials on a trailer, so the pin designed into it can do its job and hold the weight.
