The device is a quality build, and the software seems to be of a reliable quality and the manufacturer is providing software updates.My problem is that I purchased the device specifically for ATSC 3.0 w/ DRM recording. There are certain instances where there are broadcaster configuration errors, but in this case - the GTMedia X1 that I received is wholly unable to decrypt DRM on ATSC 3.0 in my market.I am working with the support team to resolve this, but progress has been slow. The method for sending debug data to the company is a bit cumbersome as well, as the debug interface in the software leaves a bit to be desired.
