This Product came used and in Horrible shape parts were dirty. And when tested with Ohm tester tested bad filter and gasket were new but filter was totally wrong. 100% waste of time

This product wasn’t new as description stated. These were tested before installing and only one worked. They came with grease and dirt on them in the packaging before opening to test. Waiting on refund now.UPDATE: Amazon and this company went above and beyond to correct the issues. We received a full refund.

I have yet to try it. I am about ready to. As you can see in the photos, it came pre-packaged in saran wrap. There is dirty grease or oil on the white parts of the product. Like I said I haven't tried it. If it doesn't work..returning it... I am already going to assume it is a "2nd hand product". Even though the description says otherwise.

The cable connector has 3 broken tabs, these parts appear to be used, the only two items that appear to be new are the oil filter and the gasket. I would like to get a refund.
