I haven't tried this on bike chains, but I use it everywhere else a dry lubricant is needed - brake cables, brake and derailleur pivots, even saddle spring fittings. However, I use an oiling syringe to apply it, because the nozzle on the bottle isn't very precise. I unscrew the bottle cap nozzle, push the syringe tip against the small opening in the plug that's seated in the bottle, and upend it all to pull whatever I need into the syringe. No waste, and I can put back any lubricant I don't use.

I purchased this lube primarily for use on my firearms, but used it so far for door locks, reloading press ram, garage door rollers, hood latch and more. This lube goes on super wet but drys with no film or sign of oil deposits. The amount of friction reduction from use of this lube is unbelievable. Much more affordable than RemLube for me.

Would easily be 5 star if pour spout was more controllable. It's very thin liquid and just dumps out. I modified the nozzle by gluing a 1mm syringe needle inside the nozzle. Great product

Nothing fancy-does it's job of lubricating the tracks of the windows so they don't get jammed up
