My RamblingsI have a little OCD and when I jack floor joist to install flitch beams or just level beams, I have a tendency to be overly exacting on occasion, so I've been told. So let's take a closer look to see if they can help.To the Point or TL;DRA little rough around the edges, literally, Had to file some down. Screw up & down with nut to lock it. Allows for good control over final height. Small enough for ease of carry in tool bag or bucket. Threads aren't great. The Good StuffPerfectly sized for those small jobs where you must belly crawl into a crawlspace or similar situations. Great for leveling joist under a room with some bounce or deflection. Convenient. The Bad StuffThe manufacturing is lacking and it shows in the sharp edges and poor stamping. Burs on the threads make the first couple of times screwing up & down rough. Personally, took out my die, cleaned up the threads, greased, and works fine.Who May Use/Like ItThose needing some temp supports while leveling floor joist.Me Final ThoughtsI wouldn't use these to try and hold a lot of weight, nor for very long, but as temp jacks. I like them. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Hope it helps! All the best, Just BenjaminReviewed: Brand: Soiiw Cost: $45.99 at time of review.4-Pack Floor Jacks Floor Straightener Adjust Supports Lift Supports Level Supports Adjustable House Screw Jack for Floor Supports 5 to 8 inches Adjusting

These are going to be used to level up a sagging beam underneath our very old farmhouse that has settled down a few inches over its 80-year life. They seem very well made and are true to the specs in the description. When the weather improves, we have an 80-ton bottle jack that will lift the beam back into a straight and level position so that these jacks and a few solid-core concrete blocks will hold permanently. They will be easy to adjust if required later down the road as our house is built on Florida sugar sand over clay. I see no reason not to trust these to hold a sagging beam level.

These are extremely basic, just a threaded rod, and nut- no thrust washer or anything. They're good if you want a cheap option, to lift multiple sagging joists under your crawlspace. And they allow for future adjustment. They're pretty heavy, and feel like they'll last fine. They're a lot cheaper than screwjacks, if you have multiple places that need small adjustment

I recently received the Soiiw 4-Pack Floor Jacks Floor Straightener Adjust Supports Lift Supports with the intention of using them for an outbuilding. Unfortunately, I found that they might not hold the amount of weight I was hoping for. While they seem sturdy and well-made, they may not be suitable for very heavy loads. However, I believe they would work fine in the right quantity or for smaller applications. If you're planning to use them for lighter projects or with additional supports, they could be a good option.Overall, these floor jacks have potential, but be mindful of their weight capacity for larger projects.

Used these for a quick mockup of a building frame, and leveled the framing successfully while using these little jacks. They worked perfectly for that, but the real test will be repairing rafters...I'll update with any issues when we get around to the attic, but so far these little guys are excellent. I might add some washers to keep the stress a little more uniform, but so far that's not a problem. No complaints. These are nice and sturdy, and the top plate is threaded - a nice touch which allowed me to attach a bracket for aligning with the building base I mentioned previously.
