Bought this set to use with LED mini camping lanterns for emergency lighting whenever the power goes out. Placed a lantern & hook in most rooms. Hung several in elevated spots out of the way of daily activities (top shelf of computer desk hutch, decorative trim in kitchen, etc.) and stored a lantern on a shelf or cubbyhole nearby.

These were perfect for hanging one of those airplane footrests underneath my work desk. I put 2 behind my monitor about shoulder width apart, they were easy to tighten up to fit snugly no matter how thick my desk had been, and then hang the strap over the hooks. They came with little cushiony pads for protecting the desk finish as well, which was nice.

This is a very utilitarian set of 4 desk mount hooks. There's NOTHING fancy about them. They look like jungle gym hardware. There are no sharp edges and they don't move once installed. It was exactly what I was looking for and a good value. They seem like they will last forever. They came with cute little rubber stickers to decorate the installed hook with, but I just used them to cushion the bit that rests on top of the table to protect it from damage. You don't have to do this, and the hardware, once placed and secured, does not move, but I'm a worry wart : ). I totally recommend! :) A+

This does not fit a standard folding table. I bought to hang my bags on for craft fairs.
