This pizza kit includes everything you need to work your pizza oven! The blade is sharp, the brush cleans really well (even scrapes off burnt on cheese!) and both peels work well.The best item is the round peel because it makes it very east to rotate the pizza (the key to even baking) without having to remove it from the oven. It takes less time to use the turning peel than to slip the pizza out of the oven and back in AND that keeps the temperature up which makes for a perfect bake!The handles are long enough to keep your hands away from the heat but not so long you get all tangled up in them.Overall, a great set of pizza accessories!

I was initially a little concerned that the materials were all listed as aluminum but it appears most metal utensil portions are stainless except for the pizza turning peel paddle which is fine.It’s important to have both a peel to remove the pizza and a smaller one to turn it and this set has both. And both paddles are slotted to release heat and crumbs.The brush handle was a little hard to attach. Kinda had to wiggle it on but it worked and attached securely with the provided screw.The big peel handle is attached with three screws in the handle. Loosen them, attach the paddle and tighten back up.All pieces were generously sized with sufficiently long handles and appeared to be excellent quality.The brush did have natural fiber bristles and not brass as listed. Maybe a translation issue? Still better than metal bristles which can get potentially get into food. So just be sure to use it when the oven is cool.Includes an l-shaped screwdriver which was fine for the peel handle but a little big for the brush handle screw. Anyway that was thoughtful.The price especially after coupon makes this a great value to accompany my name brand pizza oven whose maker wanted 3-4 times the price for their tools.Recommended!!

My wife makes some of the best home made pizza and strombolis. I wanted to surprise her with a small set to use inside since we don't have a nice outdoor oven (yet). She says these work great and makes it much easier to get the pizza off the stones. The cutter? Not real great.

This is a cool set! The pizza turner handle is long and comes in pieces that screw together. I like that because they come apart for easy storage. The material feels sturdy and the metal pieces are protected well during shipping with a protective film. Even though I don't have a brick pizza oven, these make pizza prep feel professional and fancy. Any pizza lover would to use such cool tools!

This pizza set is a great set for any pizza maker. The peel is perforated, which is what many fresh dough makers recommend, especially for the lighter, neapolitan style.The pizza rocker included in this set is no joke. It doesn’t immediately look like much, but that sucker is sharp1 I only needed one pass with this cutter and then I was through, it had also cut through the wax sheet I had under the pizza. Even better, it is dishwasher safe. Additionally, there is a hook at the end to hang the rocker up if the user prefers.The pizza peel is the real star here. It is lightweight and easily maneuverable. The peel requires a little assembly but is intuitive and straightforward. Once assembled it is extremely sturdy. The head of the peel is perforated but otherwise relatively smooth, be aware when retrieving your pie from the oven that it doesn’t slide right off.The turning peel is perfect, with just the right amount of tooth to grip the pizza as it’s cooking. The length of the turning peel is ideal for reaching into a home oven of most any depth. Some assembly is required with this peel as well, though it only involves screwing one piece into the other.I found the brush/scraper less impressive. The bristles on the brush didn’t seem quite metal, or perhaps they were already rusted? It was hard to tell. One difficulty I encountered was getting the brush assembled to the handle. The attachment point on the brush was tapered inward just enough that it needed to be forced onto the wooden handle, causing a bit of wood shavings to come off. Eventually it was able to be lined up and assembled. Ultimately I found it a little short for practical use in my Gozney Arc XL. In order to reach the back my hand was all the way in the oven.I appreciate that all of the implements have hooks or holes that allow them to be hung up.For a set that includes a perforated pizza peel it is a great value.
