The gauge of the steel is very thin. Will only serve as a temporary fix on the trail if all you needed to do was ride on level ground or go down hill.

The page for these quick links is poorly worded. I ended up buying the wrong size.The product itself is questionable. They might get you down the trail / home in an emergency. I doubt they would last that long.

As mentioned in a previous review they don't lock in place. The first one's I ordered locked in with almost too much force then the next batch don't lock and just slide in and out. The loose ones will definitely eventually slide loose and your chain will come in two. More china junk with inconsistent quality.
