Got this because I was quoted $4500 to wire up a generator I had already purchased. I got 8 gauge wire, a breaker, and so.e conduit and did the job myself for about $400.

I've been doing electrical work for 30+ years, this was the first using this brand of box. Was very impressed with it seems well built and I like the extra space for the wires in the back. I would definitely recommend it, only complaint is screws to tighten wires could have better heads. Works well if you have a good new screwdriver, if you're screw driver I was a little worn it is difficult to tighten the screws.

Produit correcte seulement.Le connecteur 50a rond manque de retenu en twist lock. Une chance qu’il y a un boot pour le serrer en place.J’ai peur aux points chaud dans le connecteur.Je vais surveiller a la camera thermique c’est certain.Cable TPU rigide mais de bonne longueur.Assemblage du cable est ok. Je vais verifier le connecteur rond au cas ou.J’ai payé en prix rabais. Encore une chance.

running the 50 amp electrical wire back to the breaker box in the waterproof pipe is a little tight but a must connect to a separate 50 amp breaker for off-on and put in power lockout for main power shutoff for the safety of power workers in storm outage looks good and easy for anyone to follow directions for generator use
