My wife and I really love the look of this fireplace. The adjustments to the flame, color,’and heat it generates is terrific. As you can see I’m building a fireplace wall. Since I was at the point in the project to install the unit, I found it fairly easy to install. But… Screwing in the glass at the end was difficult. There’s not much room to screw in the 2 screws that hold the front glass in place.

I ordered this product in 2023, while easy to install and pleasing to look at I had issues from the jump with the remote not connecting. I was sent another remote but you have to be very close in order for it to work. Now the heat doesn’t work!!!!! Will not buy from this company again!

Perfect addition to my living room.Packed extremely well. Very easy to operate. Fit in the wall perfectly so it's "built in" as opposed to hanging on the wall.I couldn't be more pleased. Great value!

Great value, easy to use, beautiful colors, easy to assemble! LED lighting makes it very efficient. Gives heat only if you click on it. When on , has very low noise.

I am going to get brackets to cover the cords but this was easy to put together (for my handyman 🤣) and it definitely heats up has levels for personal comfort and timer to turn off and remotes. I lost the instruction sheet so not able to properly use remote but I'll reach out to company for assistanceThis electric fireplace will add the perfect ambiance to any location you install. I'm planning to buy one to insert on my living room fireplace opening it's old and I don't add wood just have candles insides so I'm going to install a electric fireplace!!
