Everyone of these were perfectly shaped and the nails attached were very nice and straight. Would buy again.

They as very substantial the heads are roughly the size of 50 cent peices. They hammer in well with a wood mallet the black coating seems to not be super scratch resistant but as long as it isn't being abused should be fine for most non structural applications. The chest I made is held together with wood glue and these and it holds stong while looking great.

I add these to my custom shutters. They are easy to push thru the wood, then I use a rubber mallet to get thru the 2nd piece of wood on back.

Great quality! Very sturdy, and heavy. They don't bend when you hammer them in. I love them. Great price too!

I used these clavos to create a decorative doorway. I got three different styles from the same company. This triangular Style, the paint seems to come off more easily. They also have a longer shank... 1.5 inch. I drilled all the way through the door to set them. You don't need to hammer them in you can just use a small drill bit and push them into the hole. I think I like the hammered style better. Nonetheless I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this project and I would recommend this product to my friends.

These clavos are durable. The metal is strong. But don’t use too much force while hammering. They can still be smashed/dented. I would also recommend using a non-metal hammer so the surface won’t get scratched. They look great once installed on the door.
