Warm Tips
1. With soy wax, please insert 2 wicks into the metal base or add combustion improver.
2. You can insert 2 wicks into the metal base or soak the wicksin the fragrance oil for better burning.
- STEP1: Prepare materials( make 2-3 candles for test firstly)
- STEP2: Spray the olive oil on wicks, or soak the wick in olive oil for 30 mins
- STEP3: Wait for wicks dry off
- STEP4: Prepare the wax, melting wax
- STEP5: Double-layer the wicks, insert two wick on a metal base
- STEP6: Pouring wax and wait for dry off
- STEP7: Trim the wick 1/4”, allow your finished candles to cool down for 24h before using it.

Wow…wick trimmers are heavy-duty aren’t they!! O.o!!Everything worked and can’t wait to light my candles with these!! ^-^

I haven't yet made candles with these but out of the plastic bag I'm impressed. Everything came in one zipper bag and the wicks were in 2 separate bundles, the clips all in a separate pouch and the stickers adhered to sheets. Once you undo the outer wrap of the wicks and open the clip bag there's no corralling those pieces back together so find other containers if you want to keep the contents tidy. I did light one of the wicks and it burned for a few seconds before going out, probably due to no wax. The wicks fit nicely into the clips and I cut the burnt edge (very small sliver) with the enclosed scissors and they cut nicely and did not splinter the wick. The scissors are quite nice too as they've got a bit of weight to them and a nice angle allowing you to get inside of a candle jar if wick needs trimming. I was hoping these wicks could be used with any candle wax but, after doing some reading, it appears they're best used for thinner waxes (soy, paraffin and gel) so other wicks are still needed if using thicker waxes. Based on what's included I think this is a good deal as scissors alone are costing approximately $6 and wicks/clips are $9 and up. At time of this review this was $11.99.

Nice wood wicks. These are strong and durable. This 100-pack is perfect for a large or small project. They burn well. The metal wick clips really adds a beautiful balance to positioning the wick before and during the pour. I recommend this product.
