Beautiful sturdy e-bike! The step through design is perfect for my petite 5’2 height. So easy to put together. Took me about 45 minutes. Rides beautifully with easy controls. I am so happy with this bike. Way better than I was expecting. Just an fyi, e-bikes are heavy. This full sized bike was under 60 lbs. most full size are over 60 lbs. I like to take bike to trails and it is a struggle to lift it into my van.

I love this bike! i never feel like I need to write a review, whether good or bad, most of the things I buy are ok, but i am really happy with this bike. To preface, this is the third ebike I've bought.I had no problem receiving the bike when they said I would get it, my last bike was stolen, so this was an emergency buy since I work at night and there is no public transportation from where I work to home (20 miles distance). When I got the bike, it was the wrong color, it was the white, not the blue. i was concerned the battery was wrong, but it was the 48w 19.5 A, so that was good.I contacted customer service and they replied right away. I explained my concern and had a few questions, all of which they answered and resolved. I was very satisfied with the resolution and kept the bike. I should stress that their customer service was excellent and this made the purchase very worth while.The bike was easy enough to assemble, the battery life is outstanding, one charge per day and I have to say the seat is very comfortable. On my previous bikes, I've had to replace the seat with a more comfortable one. I haven't had to change anything on this bike.I love that you can adjust the height and angle of the handlebars to make it right for you, and the motor is very quiet, not like my previous ebikes. Overall I am very happy and would highly recommend this, even to men. I don't know why this says "for women", its the same as the Lectric and Heyboy and other bikes of this style, pretty much exactly the same frame. Would buy another If I had to.

Great bike and a awesome customer service needed a new screen replacement and with no hassle sent a new one. The wife loves it.

These are really nice bikes. Really look closely at the battery and motor specs and you’ll note this bike will outclass most other bikes. What you can’t see in the photos is that the bike has a faint candy apple glitter premium paint. You also don’t see that there are springs embedded in the seats.HOT TIP; Don’t get a clamp on bottle holder that will scratch your paint. Use the four mounting points on the steering stem instead. Buy the Adjustable position CyclingDeal Bicycle Bike Cycling Water Bottle Holder Cage plus 2 M6 x 16 stainless metric low profile hex cap screws. Take out the diagonal opposing screws from the steering stem and mount the height adjustable mounting rail (you’ll need to drill out the upper slot slightly and notch the very bottom of the rail with a grinder). Slide the rail down until it just clears the headlight and shock absorber. Mount the bottle cage (angled to the right to keep clear of the wiring harness and easy access while riding). Now you have your water bottle easily accessible and no extra weight or restriction to your handlebars, or to stepping through the bike to mount it. The clamp on cages have screw adjusters that will scratch the bike paint.TIP; We got extended spring seat posts, and while we can’t tell the difference unless we hit a really big bump, it does allow taller people to raise the seat height which is better for my knee replacement (which doesn’t bend as far as a natural knee), plus it is better to have only a slight bend in your knee when extended for best riding leverage in any case.TIP; We replaced my wife’s handlebar stem so my 5’2” wife isn’t reaching so far for the handlebars. Get the CYSKY 31.8 Stem 60mm 80mm 93mm Adjustable 0-90 Degree MTB Stem Mountain Bike Stem Riser Bicycle Handlebar StemTIP; Pay attention to section on how to program your battery management system. For instance, P15 has a setting of 41 Volt minimum battery cutoff. In a pinch you could reset that to 39 volts to get you home (which is consistent with other mfr.'s setting, just this bike is using a more conservative setting). Going too low puts your battery at risk of not being able to be re-charged, so don’t do it not necessary. P08 has maximum speed of 50 km/h which you could set to 60 km/h (approx 31.5 mi/hr) to allow you to go faster down steep hills without the motor kicking to Limit your max speed (oh yes, the motor not only gets you up to speed, but also limits the bike from going too fast!).TIP; read the assembly instructions for hot tips like on your first outing running your battery down Before recharging it the first time or how to maintain over winter.TIP; if you think you are going to go off road a lot, spend the extra money and get a bike with dual 750 watt motors and dual batteries with a fully sprung rear shock and premium front shocks that include rebound damping plus 5" tires. You'll need all that. Best of luck out there in the woods...Edit; I would like to retract my hack on lowering the P15 Controller Undervoltage value. I just finished a ride and put the bike in PAS 5 and rode on. I was getting voltage readings as low as 38.7 WITHOUT changing the P15 setting, so lowering the value would be very risky. At a minimum use a low PAS and monitor the voltage like a hawk if you do decide to do the hack.

Had a little trouble assembling the bike but after contacting customer service I found the problem was my misunderstanding the instructions. great to work with. Actually easy to put together

The front tire seems to get low really easily, but otherwise it's great!

Difficult to build with some janky parts like the wheel covers and bike rack. Manual had just barely enough information and there is no online PDF or information. The most info I found is it has a Shimano 7 speed shifter and that helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. Also I will say this bike is very very heavy, which can make riding a little difficult.
